Most TTRPGs have some form of damage, be it hit points, sanity, emotional damage or whatever. All these systems then also have something else... Healing! When there is damage you need to think about healing and recovering from said damage.
But most of the time the healing feels... unengaging and more like a tacked-on necessity than an actual gameplay mechanic. That's not necessarily bad but let's think about how to make the healing more interesting!
