How to Spark Success - Episode 54 (Crack the code to 7 figures & beyond - with Jessie Healy)

Ever wish you could crack the code to grow your profits? … You’re in the right place.
My guest on this episode of the “How to Spark Success” podcast is the fantastic Jessie Healy – Founder of Webtopia.
Jessie advises eCommerce brands on how they can grow their profits through Social Media Advertising, Google Ads and Email Marketing. The $20 million she has spent on digital advertising in her career has helped her crack the code to creating profitable ads that convert. After years of running multi-million pound digital campaigns for the likes of Etsy, Future Publishing and Trinity Mirror, she got fed up with the status quo and set out to create her own ‘anti-agency’: www.webtopia.co
She loves sharing her knowledge, actionable insights and strategies with audiences via events and podcasts.  Jessie’s agency & coaching has grown to a comfortable seven figures and she has done it all from her laptop.
In this episode, we chat about:
Taking the leap from inhouse to creating a 7-figure anti-agency Systems that help free up time to lead a business and focus on what you’re great at Undiagnosed ADHD and what that has meant for personal growth The importance of getting out in nature for your mental health And so much more!

How to Spark Success - Episode 53 (Amplify your brand - with Bec Chappell)

How to Spark Success - Episode 53 (Amplify your brand - with Bec Chappell)

Grab your shot of marketing espresso energy!
My guest today, Bec Chappell, started Plum Marketing Solutions in 2020 with the goal of helping B2B business owners be the drivers of a strategic, stress free marketing in their business.
Her aim was to empower business owners to scale and grow with results based marketing for their unique business, no one sized fits all approach.
Prior to launching her own biz Bec clocked up 12+ years of experience in marketing departments both growing my career and leading the pack.
She’s been called the branding gatekeeper, oddly data-focused, and an effervescent whiteboard lover. This is because of her obsession with brand integrity and growth, a fervent supporter of a high functioning CRM and of course the natural, honest and energetic way she delivers strategies.
With a little bit of grit and determination, she successfully changed the way business owners and corporates think about the fonts and colours team.
Her why is to remove the stress and overwhelm; and demonstrate that marketing strategies don’t need to be over-complicated, over-budgeted or over fluffy, they need some humanity and consistency.
Her mission is to amplify brands, create clear strategies and magnify messaging.
Outside of Plum she is passionate about helping build people from Rock Bottom with tales of her own experiences and learnings.
She's also the host of the podcast show "Marketing Espresso" - Your easily digestible, quality shot of helpful marketing advice.
Amongst other things in this episode, we chat about:
Surviving and thriving after workplace bullying Being lifted up by the entrepreneur community The huge change that entrepreneurship brings about for you And many more things.
