It’s a grower

This was a really interesting series with insightful accounts and discussions of different types of crime and criminality by the two clearly very informed hosts plus a variety of really interesting guests. The professor has a manner of speaking that takes some getting used to, but I rather liked it after a few episodes! Hope it returns with more soon.

Mostly positive

I do like this podcast. I recommend it to my students but the latest one about university route not being suitable for those joining the police wasnt challenged. For many young people I teach the apprenticeship is their first experience of Uni/work life which is amazing. Annoyed at the episode as there are many many wrongs uns the police (Carey Report note this) who didn’t go through Uni so can justify it that way. The police are being offered fresh, ambitious Uni graduates and this episodes dismissed them. I had to turn it off

Terrible

Not quite as bad as their fake tv programme but nearly.
