I’ve thoroughly enjoyed listening since the beginning. I’ve especially enjoyed the recent ‘in conversation’ pieces. You’ve managed to attract an excellent range of guests, that I have really enjoyed listening to. That in itself is testimony to your well produced podcast.
I especially appreciate that you remain respectful to the guests, and don’t push them too hard. (Thinking here, especially Peter Swann). It’s difficult to get genuine insight, and that link could easily be lost if guests feel under attack from every question they face.
As a regular fan since the late 90s, it has been great to reminisce about my favourite years (05-2010) and the other snippets of success too, straight from the horses mouth. It’s great listening to former players and managers, and humbling to hear that most of them really did enjoy their time playing for our club, as much as I enjoyed watching them. I suppose like you all, I always look out for former players and enjoy telling anyone that’ll listen, ‘he used to play for us!’
