She aims to help women cultivate true embodiment and peace in their birth and motherhood transition through critical thinking and asking questions. This podcast includes evidence based research and also thoughtful opinions.  We will laugh, cry, but most importantly  we will support each other through the most important journey in the evolution of mankind; birth and parenthood.
