HC098 - Completing your power puzzle - with Toby Moore
Delighted to have Toby Moore back on the podcast - his previous episode was HC048 - so check that out!
Apart from being a lovely friend to me, Toby is a creative, a parent and a writer. He's the curator and director of TEDxBrighton, the author of 'MAKE IT - How to Work with Clarity, Confidence and Creativity' and a supporter of various youth charities and projects.
Toby's work is centred around one simple question
"How can we experience more creative freedom in our lives?".
Today we talked about lots of food for thought, including…
Some of the above!
🌟 Board games for 2 people
🌟 The mindset of creative freedom
🌟 TEDx and how it has changed over the years
🌟 TEDx and what it has taught him
🌟 How he has himself evolved through what he has learnt from the youth projects, charity work and the people who have stood on that red circle!
🌟 The answer to completing our power puzzle!
As ever it was just a wonderful human conversation.
I hope you find it inspiring, and that in some small way it changes how you think!
Then it will have been time well spent. 🙏🏻

HC95 - Solo Sessions - The Evolution of Business
In this solo sessions podcast I talk about the evolution of business and actually how change can be good.
Addressing the fears and how we actually feel about change is one of the first steps to being able to grow and make changes in your business and indeed in life.
I cover the key elements to think about when we look at evolving our business and how to break it down and make it feel easier - making us excited about the change rather than fearful of it.

HC094 - Solo sessions - Do You Compare Your Business to Others?
The first of my solo sessions and I'm exploring 'comparisonitus'!
It's crippling, will block you, will challenge your inner confidence, and really doesn't serve you!
So why do we do it and how can we ensure we don't let it do all of the above to us?!
This podcast is my food for thought and I hope you enjoy.

HC093 - Remembering Brenda Rose - with just me
It's been 10 years since I lost my beautiful Mum which is almost unbelievable. She is still so very alive in many ways for me and all around me every day.
I wanted to share a little more about the amazing lady she was with you all, and I hope that this 25 min tea break will inspire you a little and make all of us feel that even when our loss is devastating, the memories are the celebration of knowing and loving that person.
Here's to Brenda Rose - the quiet, loving and strong force that sits behind everything I do - love you Mum xx
