600 Second Singing Ep.6 – Are Your Vocal Exercises Helping or Hurting Your Singing?

600 Second Singing Ep.6 – Are Your Vocal Exercises Helping or Hurting Your Singing?

There might be some nifty ways for you to work out why that is and eventually solve it. They also give you a few ideas as to how you can start to construct scales that are actually more like songs, which helps drag the benefits over from the exercises!

Joshua Willis ,

The great debate

There are many different lessons here and many different ways of opening ones mind to improving technique and tone. I appreciate the low or high larynx podcast the most as it is a great question, as the mechanisim of the larynx has changed from Opera and classical technique to rock and pop, sometimes a low larynx in a power ballad rock song could be damaging to the vocal, and a higher larynx gives you control of the pitch but not a great tone.

Absolutely Amazing

Chris and Steve are the funniest guys you'll ever hear! Plus, they have so much knowledge! It's a win win. You'll have fun and learn... now why can't school be like this :(

Steve and Chris are anatomy geeks and luckily sound good too

Hilarious in parts, these clever wallies bring forth accurate visual descriptions of how singing should work and feel, hence my practice has been more productive and performances more fun. Worth a visit...
