Nearly losing my dog and gaining new perspectives

In this episode I share a recent experience of my dog becoming very ill and what we went through that day. I also talk about how upset I was at the thought I might lose him, but due to my own body image concerns I had never had taken decent pictures with him. In my distress that became a HUGE focus in my mind and an anchor for my emotions to cling on to.

My hope is that this episode will help you if you also worry about your appearance and this currently stops you from taking pictures with your dog, or other loved ones in your lives.
