Starts off at the rate pace and slowly builds. Now part of my routine. I now play week 5 @ 1.5 x speed.
Great for beginners starting a fitness programme

After being a couch potato for too many years this is great for beginning, or returning to a fitness programme. It would be good to have a version without all the instructions every time you listen, but this is only a minor detail . I’m enjoying getting back to feeling fitter and healthier.
