A God that walks amongst us 😇

I struggle with writing and read so listening to the Audio books and podcasts of Dr Gregor is a god I can’t thank him enough for How not to die it’s amazing I have passed it on to so many people !! And all the free info you can follow is just the best 🤩🤩🤩 Dr Greger should be president of the US 🙏🏼🙏🏼🤣

Great place to learn about food and health

I have been listening to Dr Gregor for a few years now his information is always clear and concise. I have bought and read his books and have not found anyone like him yet, and I listen to a lot of podcasts!

Plant Based Diet Clears Sinuses

I went plant based back in Sept 2013 I was 41. As an adult I could never breathe through my nose. Didn’t have a cold etc, but they seemed always blocked. I cut out dairy. By Dec my sinuses had cleared and I was amazed to be able to breathe through my nose for the 1st time in over 20yrs. I started running and became a lot fitter. In a few years my heart rate could get as low as 48. My cholesterol was very good. I’m now 50, never been on any medications. When I eat plant based (and don’t over eat) I feel fantastic!
