Uplifting conversations that will help real women believe in themselves

I love this! I found it because I’ve known Emma for years, first as a colleague in the extremely unhealthy corporate world, then as the PT who inspired me to my 100kg deadlift PB. And finally as the nutrition coach who helped me find the tools to stop making excuses and work out what was holding me back. I lost 5 stones in a year, had the confidence within the 90 days of the initial programme to get that promotion, go back to dancing and get back out on the water. I check in with her socials when I need a boost, but this is the perfect medium for me, especially as thanks to Emma I’m constantly on the move now. Loving the content and the guests 🧡
