155: The Art of Knowing Where to Focus

Knowing where to focus can be a huge barrier that, if faced successfully, can have a profound impact on our lives. Today I was joined by Taska, an entrepreneur who is facing a curveball in her personal life that has her feeling off track and unsure about where to focus so she can continue to grow her business. Recently, she's stepped up as the personal caregiver to her mom facing health issues, which is causing her to feel out of touch with running her business. We talk about prioritizing tasks that will get you closer to your goals and honing in on the vital few rather than the trivial many. I share how to use themed days to focus on specific tasks and how the 80/20 rule can help you make a more significant impact.

5 star lifesaver

Tonya seems to be able to read my mind as her podcasts feel like they were written for me personally - and I think other listeners will feel the same - as she helps me navigate the big and small challenges of life. Her guidance is warmly offered but encourages self responsibility and she and her guests feel like real people you can relate to. I thoroughly recommend Productivity Paradox!

STABILITY in an unstable World.

Throughout our hectic lives we ALL need some sort of stability. I have found that stability with these podcasts. Whether it be how to set and achieve personal goals, how to be more motivated, how to set priorities or even how to get better sleep. Whatever, I have needed help with it has been there!
I wish I could thank Tonya in person for all her time and effort she puts into helping people like myself, but unfortunately as that is not possible a 5***** review will have to suffice.

Perfect

This episode was so handy and Tonya gave great information on the apps mentioned. One of the best things was that the last app is one that is already in everyone’s phone. Sometimes you just don’t have any space left in your phone to download the latest app, so reminding us of one we ALL have is so helpful.
