More please
I have binge listened (and spammed all over Instagram) to all 34 episodes and not allowed myself to write a review until I was all caught up.
So now I have to decide what to say.
I’m a new sewist, and made a conscious decision to learn as I go and try not to buy into any of “the rules”, really so I wouldn’t get caught up in any “knits are hard to sew with” type comments. This podcast is the perfect accompaniment to my approach to sewing! Two really different approaches but with the same attitudes; that sewing is for everyone, that no one way is right or perfect, and that all bodies deserve to wear whatever they want to wear. I have learnt so much, found so many new designers, made new friends, and am bubbling over with ideas and for someone who has never considered themselves creative that is such a good feeling.
My only negative is that having listened to them all I now have to wait a week for a new one!
Love to listen
So inspiring, relatable and just a joy to listen to!
Interesting, fun and inspiring
Such fun to listen to a sewing podcast which addresses bias without preaching. Off to my sewing machine now so see you next Tuesday!
