A must listen for anyone with any interest in strength or flexibility training

One of my favourite podcasts from any genre, let alone the health and fitness subcategory. So many fantastic guests but if it’s a first listen I’d start with Kit Laughlin, Dan Van Zandt or Emmet Louis. So much information, some of it amusing or intriguing and some of it actually mind blowing if you’ve bought into many training myths. Don’t hesitate — get stuck straight into in!
