As this week is Mental Health Awareness Week, in this podcast, Sandy Kaur speaks to our very own Paramjit Kaur and her daughter Ravneet Kaur about their experiences of depression, and what it means for a woman from a South Asian background to live with depression.
We’re very blessed that Paramjit Kaur was able to share her story and for Ravneet to be able to speak about the way depression affects the whole family. This episode is in Punjabi and English.
