“I'm at about four years recovered from binge eating disorder which is the one that lasted the longest about 20 years of my life actually And in terms of what I've created and the business Macros Muscles Mindset it's sort of been things that I learned from other therapy techniques that didn't work And what I've developed over the past I've been doing this for 15 years but the last seven years, in particular, is basically using techniques that work on the day-to-day for people And a lot of it comes down to understanding the basics of neuroscience and the functioning of the brain and what that also means is teaching people how to manage habits behaviours and language in particular”

“It took me there was this morning where I basically woke up and like I was so weak that I fell I fell down in my bedroom”

Kat was a West Australian State gymnast and competed at a National Level for many years. In her early 20’s, she was crowned Miss Australia and won multiple titles in natural Bodybuilding competitions. Thereafter, she moved into the sports of Powerlifting and CrossFit. Kat has retired from competitive Athletics as she pursues her studies in Neuroscience.

Having experienced and recovered from 7 different Eating Disorders, she is passionate about taking the time to work with someone individually, to help them become the best versions of themselves. She is ardent about incorporating the concepts of Behavioural  and Cognitive Neuroscience into clients therapy and programmes as a means to help collapse old habits and build positive new behaviors around nutrition, training and body image.
