    W​​elcome to RNT Fitness Radio. Today I’m joined by RNTer Devin Parmar, who’s been through a remarkable journey so far with us. Funnily enough, for a long time, he never thought he was doing too bad. He thought he was eating healthy, did a few HIIT sessions, and occasionally trained with dumbbells at home. 
     
    Despite that, he still felt ashamed and disappointed with the way he looked and felt in his body. When he saw the pictures at his wife’s 40th birthday party, he was shocked. He couldn’t believe what he saw. That’s when the penny dropped - there was work to be done! Having followed RNT for a while, he knew there was only one place to go for a life-changing transformation.
