Our personality's dictate how we interact with the world, oh and did I mention that we LITERALLY GET HIGH off of our own bio-chemical reactions which can keep us in a loop that makes change extremely difficult... In this episode we look at Dr. Joe Dispenza's book, "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself." I hope you enjoy it - I found this stuff WILDLY FASCINATING.
