Emily Diamond: Assistant Professor of Communication Studies and Marine Affairs at University Rhode Island who has conducted research about the role of communication and identities in shaping environmental attitudes. Alishia Orloff: graduate researcher currently obtaining her Master's in Forestry and Environmental Studies at Yale University. She centers communities in her research and uses interdisciplinary approaches to water resource management that engage and acknowledge communities most directly impacted.
