Mind blown
I’m a 19 year old child of a narcissistic parent and have been dabbling in shamanism and spiritual practices for years now. Listening to your podcast really helped me with acceptance and realizing my childhood was not my fault. It’s been amazing to hear of how you healed your relationship with your daughter and also so inspiring to hear how she recognizes and works on those traits in herself.
