Welcome to the world of Shaun Keaveny’s Daily Grind. It's a show of contradictions, it's about anything and everything but it's definitely also a show about nothing. It's a bit like a daily radio show but it's a podcast. It’s disorientating, but it’s also reassuring! The Daily Grind is a comforting accompaniment to help you through the week, as Shaun Keaveny returns to the studio in this daily podcast.

Listen everyday from 5pm.

This is a bit like a replacement bus journey for the Daily Grind but do enjoy it. Shaun and Ben are off recording something special that, they promise, will be worth the interruption to service.
    Back as normal tomorrow.

The Courage to Throw an Apple in the Bin

Today Shaun ponders the big questions including how much further would shot putters throw in the Olympics if it was a live grenade? Some wise words from Michael Own and, isn’t it great we don’t have to deal with the Black Death today? There’s some feedback and we send Grinders Birthday wishes to Sir David Attenborough.

Full of Content

Always interesting in that SK effortless way. It's the familiar, friendly, funny, daft chat that we expect and love, complete with cartwall favourites, and Content. Great guests too. Bill Nighy! And The Libertines one was an absolute treat! A Daily must listen, or binge a few at a time if you've been unlucky and missed any.

Brilliant dose of whimsical nonsense

Great guests, great chat. I love Shaun’s daily ramblings. A welcome dose of silliness to brighten up my day
