I cam across Sleep Magic quite by accident and since then I enjoy going to bed. No more watching TV to all hours of the morning. You really are a sleep magician Jessica I especially love when you take us on journeys my favourite is Get Sleep In the Santa Monica Mountains and Sleepy Summer Afternoon In Maine. I have listened to other sleep podcasts but none of them have your magic so the Biggest Thanks for helping me calm my racing mind ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏👏👏👏👏👏🌞🌙⭐️ PS Why am I starting to hear adverts when I am a subscriber

For all of my teens and most of my adult life I couldn’t get my brain to switch off and fall asleep without putting on the TV; a quiet room made my brain go into overdrive. I started to try to meditate on the recommendation from health professionals as I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I’m not great at managing the symptoms. I thought I would try and find a sleep podcast to see if that would work. I went through a few but didn’t like the format or voices and then I came across Sleep Magic. I’ve been using this every night for the last four months and I’ve had the best sleep of my life! I rarely hear the end, often I’m asleep within minutes and I love the content that helps me take back control of my emotions and poor habits and improve my own wellbeing. I find I sleep better throughout the night as well and no longer have weird dreams where I’ve incorporated what was on the TV when I fell asleep. My husband is now a convert and is usually asleep with 5 minutes! We now no longer need a TV in the bedroom as I’ll never go back to that. Thank you Jessica and team as this really has been a game changer for me.

When I started dating my boyfriend he was actually dead against me listening to this show…he said you sounded like his mom 😂😂😂 (fyi I don’t think you do). But hey, now guess who’s asking for “Miss Jessica” every night 🙏 Thank you for helping us get to sleep
