Great recommendation
Came here from a recommendation by Adam Buxton and when Dr Buckles prescribes I listen. Glad I did!
Typical late to the party
Only started podcasts since lockdown 2020 and for whatever reason presumed it’s was a non uk one and didn’t look into it. Then picked other podcasts and didn’t branch out. But discovered the Mick Head one and now hooked. Funny to me how Rockenteurs are following and largely copying format and even questions. But whilst I’ve always lived that podcast I’m warming more to the lads and their style plus local lads too. I’ll be spreading the word anyway now and catching up on a mere 200 plus shows 🤦♂️😄
Fascinating pod cast
I love this podcast, the range of guests and conversation is varied & so entertaining. My musical knowledge is limited to knowing what I like, but you don’t need to know about music to appreciate & enjoy the conversations. My husband introduced me to Sodajerker by making me listen to the Marcus Miller episode (we were going to see him shortly after) which got me hooked. Since then the lads have kept me company during dog walks, car journeys & (like this week) when I’m changed to the desk doing paperwork. The chat with my all time favourite Lucinda Williams was a real high point for me, but I’ve enjoyed all of them - even the artists like Marcus Miller who I’d never heard of (I’m a fan now!).
