    In today's episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Sophie about her experience of mental health illnesses. We spend a lot of this episode discussing bipolar disorder to challenge the stigma associated with it. Sophie wanted to make it clear that although she is a doctor she is not a mental health professional and the views she expressed are her own and not of the NHS or her trust.
