David J. He has over thirty years of experience as an active consultant performing economic, business, and financial consulting services to businesses and governments around the world. He has testified in both federal and state court, before Congress, and before the Federal Trade Commission, as well as in several international jurisdictions.

Annabelle Gawer, Chaired Professor in Digital Economy; Director, Surrey Centre of Digital Economy (CoDE), University of Surrey.

Annabelle Gawer is a leading scholar of platforms and ecosystems. (Google Scholar profile.) She is an independent Digital Expert for the UK Competition and Markets Authority has advised the European Commission on the regulation of online platforms as an Expert Member of the European Commission's Observatory of the Online Platform Economy (2018-2021).
