    When Jessie Inchauspe jumped off a cliff at 19 and broke her back, she thought her life was over. Instead, her accident led her to get more in touch with her body than she had ever been before, and to find her life's passion when she began studying glucose.

    Jessie Inchauspe holds a BSc in mathematics from King's College, London, and an MSc in biochemistry from Georgetown University.
