Daily companion
Love the daily snapshots of the show and chats with guests. This show is so positive and I get so much from it.
To me at the heart of the show is looking for the joy in life wherever we can and the team do an excellent job of finding that in their guests , banter and recommendations to name a few.

Essential listening
Top guests. Has made big difference to me listening on a regular basis. Pick up top well-being tips constantly. Someone needs to wrap Mr Evans up in cotton wool with the national treasure that he is. Keep up the great work.
