Definitely my favourite podcast week in, week out, the boys never fail to deliver week on week!!! I often feel like I’m in the chat with them, giving my own opinions and answers as I listen, it just draws you in. As a side note, as a lorry driver for the past 31 years, I so wanted my answer to be heard in reference to the “smart” motorways odd signage at times….. Overhead gantry shows 60, for 1 or 2 gantries, repeat again but at 50, and same again but at 40, followed by national speed limit??? Often with a message along the lines of….debris reported, or, pedestrians/animals in road, or at times if it drops to 20, ONCOMING VEHICLE. This “procedure” always seems to happen on those sections of “smart” motorway that have the latest 2 yellow box cameras to the left of certain gantries!!!! Every time this happens, I HAVE NEVER seen any of the reported incidents materialise. Funny that, as these are the money making camera sections. I’m sure it’s nationwide, I normally see it M25 both ways j5-6, then 8-11, 16-21, 23-25, 25-27 and 27-29!!!!!! I wonder why, I have an idea, but I’m probably just a miserable old truck driving cynic?

This podcast covers lots of automotive subjects including good driving music which every week manages to introduce me to a wonderful new genre of music, thank you, Manish, as well as discussions about old minis and hyper cars, it’s the sort of conversation that you have round the dinner table whilst drinking port.

Love this pod. Missed when it went silent for a while and was overjoyed when it returned. I like cars and but these chaps take it to another level. Their knowledge and humour know no bounds. My only criticism in that you all need to buy the same microphone as levels can be an over the place. Keep it up.
