Essential listening for remote teams

I love listening to these podcasts. They always have something useful to pick up on and this one is no different. If you are a distributed worker or lead a distributed team then I would urge you to subscribe, listen and learn; even if you've been working remotely for a long time! And if you are wondering whether to go remote or not then these podcasts will help you make up your mind as they are full of inspiring people that are making remote working a success!

Valuable for any coach, but essential for Agilists!

If you, like me, are a coach wondering where the market is going and how you can position yourself to be not only relevant, but essential, for the next generation of clients, then Collaboration Superpowers is for you. I’ve been working with software teams for over 30 years, from start-ups to large enterprises, both corporate and public sector, and I’m convinced that the next major frontier to conquer is not technical, but social. Through Lisette’s passion and curiosity expressed in these PodCasts, I’ve met pioneers in this space, and picked up tips and tricks that I’d happily have paid £000’s for. This series is the most valuable asset I’ve picked up in 2015!

Full of great stories and tips for those working remotely

I’ve now listened to about six of these episodes and wanted to recommend it to anyone interested in how technology is helping people work together across the globe and to get a wide range of perspectives about working together virtually. From those who think it’s a must to catch up on video every week, to those teams that only communicate with each other via ticketing systems. The interviews are very interesting and full of great practices.

(Disclaimer: I work with Lisette on another podcast but these are my honest views.)
