The Vanguard Tactics Podcast: A Warhammer Podcast
Welcome to the Vanguard Tactics Podcast! This is a podcast dedicated to the Warhammer 40,000 tabletop wargame, where we analyse the rules, new releases for the game, the competitive meta and develop strategies to help you become a more confident 40K player. Our founder is Stephen Box, a former professional bodybuilder, model, and fitness coach who has made it is personal mission to raise the standard of the game both on and off the table-top. Stephen's focus both here and in his 40K coaching career, the Vanguard Tactics Academy, he emphasizes sportsmanship and fair play above winning at all costs. Your host is Dave Kolmel, a combat veteran turned lawyer who has had a passion for the game of 40K since 1995. Dave loves every aspect of the hobby, and loves talking about it with Stephen and the show's various guests, encouraging and spreading Stephen's motto of sportsmanship and fair play both on the podcast and at tournaments. Rules Lawyer Question

I am confused about how line of sight works sometimes. If for example If I was shooting with shooting with a tau strike team in to ten termagants but only 2 tau can draw line of sight to the termagants. I remember someone telling me that if one model can see they can all shoot. Is this true or would I only be able to shoot with the 2 tau? Also sorry about the name, I’m a huge Star Wars fan as well!

Hi there, I listen on to the show most days on Spotify and came over to write this. I started to get into 40K in late January this year and have always enjoyed the tactical and strategy side of the game (along with the painting and lore) and found your podcast. It is a breath of fresh air to find a non-lore focused 40K podcast that is still extremely interesting and and not dry and boring like others I have listened to. I have a 1k sisters army I have been growing from the combat patrol I got earlier this year (very excited for the codex release) and I am now buying into Necrons as my next endeavour so I can play with my dad (who doesn’t have time and doesn’t enjoy the collecting or painting side but loves strategy games). I would love more episodes on specific op army lists and tournament winner interviews as I personally have found those to be my favourite. Keep up the great work! Freddie
