Season 2 Episode 1

Great podcast to get you thinking about goals, and making these feel doable! I’ve previous fallen short with resolutions so it’s great to get some further insight in to that. I found the episode with Andrew Tamplin really useful to help me understand how I can break goals and ambitions up in to chunks that I can achieve on a daily and weekly basis. Fantastic questions from James and a peek at how this can also work for individuals on the other side of the spectrum to myself in performance sport.
