Monotone - and confusing dialogue - where is the correlation to other aspects of life like exercise! - confusing, if you have eating issues as you talk about, are you really the right person to give advise ? You cloud each topic with your experience - as someone who is interested in the topic in a Theraputic sense, Ive never had an eating disorder - I've never also overthought food in the way that this expert clearly does, it would make anyone confused on the topic of food ! What is your point ?
Soothing voice!

I listened to episode 060, all about the World Cup and how tribal it is. It was a fascinating conversation about how tribal and community influences how you eat and the foods you consume. It made me pause and think about the different tribes in my life and what relationship food has in those circles. Love it, keep going!
Professional podcast for those who want to eat right

I listened to the Sugar Tax episode. I was interested because the UK government introduced a tax on brands that had high amounts of sugar content. I heard Ribena cut their sugar levels but has it made an impact? Harriet does a great job of dealing with this. People will always have their thoughts on this, but I'm always up for hearing different perspectives. Harriet called the Sugar Tax a double-edged sword. I agree brands will replace sugar with artificial sweeters, which aren't good for you.
