Really interesting speakers with insightful perspectives

I really enjoy the conversational format of these podcasts and the speakers are really interesting. I love the concept of the body being so much more than a brain taxi! It's so true and can be so healing to really tap into your own body wisdom.
Also love the special episodes where Mark gets interviewed by his wife, haha!

The best podcast out there

I found the embodiment podcast while doing my yoga teacher training and it opened my eyes to the wider movement of mind body practices that I had been exploring for years without realising it. A fantastic introduction to different teachers, styles and disciplines
