millenial yogi ,

Super informative and easy to listen to

So many podcasts!! Lots to learn about embodiment from so many different people - how exciting is that! Thanks you for putting all these together, a great resource for anyone wanting to connect and tune in to their body and ‘how they are’

Eeeep

Great guests and conversations but mark is so passive aggressive it makes me cringe !!!! Almost rude to the guests.

Anti lop ,

Good content, unnecessary language

I do enjoy the main content of the show and overall premise. However, the f** and sh** language used quite freely, especially in one of the recent episodes seemingly focusing on ‘self-regulation’, seems very unnecessary and not adding any extra value to the ideas that are being communicated. I looked back and many episodes have E (explicit) warning on them - it would not be necessary at all if one of the presenters (just one!) would stop relishing the frequent use of quite unpleasant (and very unnecessary) language. Not cool. If this continues, I’ll have to deliberately avoid all podcasts with this presenter or unsubscribe altogether, however much I overall enjoy the podcasts and conversations - gives me a very unpleasant aftertaste … sorry! Generally I am a very positive person but as I said, it is absolutely not needed to be a very informative and enjoyable podcast.
