A wealth of fabulous material and expertise

The range of subjects and expertise, within the over-arching theme of embodiment, is fantastic. There are so many great episodes. The presenters are generous with their knowledge and in sharing practices that can make a big difference in the way you live and how deeply you relate to your body. It is well presented and interesting. Highly recommended.
