The Human Upgrade with Dave Asprey

I’ve been listening to The Human Upgrade for a couple of years and thought it was about time I wrote a review. I can honestly say that it has changed my whole view on health, ageing, diet and everything body and mind related. If you are open minded and curious about bio hacking then this is the podcast for you.

Dave’s podcasts used to be good. I’ve listened on and off for 5 years +. Now they are cringey and he spends the whole time talking over the guest about what he does and how he’s so great. It’s tedious and boring. Painful even. He needs to get off his high horse and let the guest speak. I’m suprised they even come on the show anymore when he may as well be interviewing himself.

So frustrating to sift through the sarcasm and Hollier than thou attitude, political grips and the tips for rich people who can afford to take crazy expensive supplements and food.

When you drive along in a traffic jam and get to the car crash that is causing the it, which is often people rubbernecking. We’ll the human upgrade show me the car crashes that’re in my life and how to avoid them. Thank you I can’t stop listening to this podcast.
