Great PCOS podcast

Cory Ruth is a fab podcast host. It feels like finally being heard and understood. Something which is difficult to find in the medical industry. Thanks Cory for your insightful, informative and kindly led podcast

What I have needed for so long

As someone who has lived with a PCOS diagnosis for over 10 years, this podcast is honestly a god send. I love listening to podcasts as I find it’s an easy way for me to learn and retain information. I am only half way through but can honestly say I have taken away so much information so far and they are so enjoyable and engaging. I have followed Cory on Instagram for a while now and have also just ordered her supplements. Out of all the many experts and influencers out there, I resonate the most with Cory and her approach suits me. I always feel uplifted and hopeful with the way she talks about symptoms, solutions and finally feel like I have found someone who relates to the challenges I felt like I was alone in facing for so long. This podcast is yet another resource that Cory has made available in order to help me and many other women navigate PCOS and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the work and the passion behind what she does. Please keep the episodes coming!!
