    sustainability, medicine and health, mental health, and personal development. Helen has been
    shortlisted for multiple freelance and business awards, listed on the ‘Top 40 Digital Women to
    Watch’ list and is an award winner for her contributions to industry journal ‘Communicator’.

    Sally and Helen joined forces during the pandemic and founded Be The Future, which inspires
    parents of young children to raise heroic leaders for environmental change, drawing on
    storytelling, behavioural science and positivity.
