Game-changing advice to overcome stress and anxiety

I’ve absolutely loved listening to these podcasts and have seen my anxiety slowly lift as a result. One quote from Dr Aaron Turner sums it up for me: “It’s a willingness to not go where the intensity of your feelings want you to go.”

The insights on these podcasts are incredible and it’s slowly changing my life. To those who criticise I say with compassion that you are listening but not hearing. Thank you Nicola.
