Hello old friend. It's good to see you. As we wind down from the high energy of the summer, let's uncork a scent that takes us back to those long hazy days trudging through muddy fields and getting lost in the crowds, sounds and all consuming atmosphere of the Glastonbury Festival - submitted by Liz Bruce.

    My Newborn Baby

    My Newborn Baby

We're continuing on the childhood theme this week, but this time from the perspective of the parent as we explore the explosion of emotions and intoxicating scent of a newborn baby. But forget nappies and baby powder because it's not quite what you might first think...

Submitted by TV presenter and broadcaster, Alison Bender.

A little note of care, if you have ever experienced the death of a child, or traumatic circumstances surrounding the pregnancy, birth or health of you or your loved one then you may find some of the elements of this story difficult to hear.

Put on your bravest face for this week's tour as I creep into your ears and up your nose with a spooky tale about London history and how it's intrinsically entwined with the smell of fake smoke being pumped out of a smoke machine - submitted by Nikki Druce of the The Macabre London podcast.

A joy for the listener

A heartwarming pod with interesting tales. It was great to hear the guests reminisce about their loved ones and it makes the listener reminisce about their own memories and experiences too. From tears of joy to full on belly laughs every story was a moving and sentimental piece of art for your ears.

Heart Warming

These heart warming stories are relatable and comforting, and exactly what my thought process has been like during lockdown. I have found myself reflecting more on the past and appreciating what I have/had. Serious stories with a touch of humour.
