An exceptional podcast jam-packed with golden nuggets of information that have truly changed my outlook on physical health and totally transformed the way I approach my own challenges. Dr Jen & Dr Dom have educated me on tackling my shoulder pain, hormone health, diet and even my sleep, amongst many other topics, for optimal and long lastingresults. An invaluable podcast to help you understand your body

I love your podcast Jen and Dom. You pack so much information into each episode and I’ve been geeking out on all your knowledge. I had an operation 5 years ago to lengthen my leg due to a 4cm congenital leg length difference. It certainly has been a journey and I’m still learning how to manage all my imbalances everyday. Since listening to your podcast and putting some of your tips into practice-especially around breathing and core work-I’ve noticed some pretty cool changes already. Some of what you talk about I’ve heard before, but after listening to your explanations in conjunction with your own personal experiences it all makes so much more sense. You’ve inspired me to really strip certain things back to the basics to build up a solid foundation.

I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to take control of their own health and understand their body on a deeper level.

It would be great if you could share some insight into dealing with imbalances in the body (for example functional/structural leg length differences) and also how to look after tissue around scars (especially old scars!)
