An exceptional podcast jam-packed with golden nuggets of information that have truly changed my outlook on physical health and totally transformed the way I approach my own challenges. Dr Jen & Dr Dom have educated me on tackling my shoulder pain, hormone health, diet and even my sleep, amongst many other topics, for optimal and long lastingresults. I’m feeling brighter, healthier and so much happier for what I’ve learned and implemented. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Valuable and Informative!

I’ve followed Jen on IG for years now because she (and now Dom) are so educational in their approach to understanding the body and how to help it. I’ve benefited from these podcasts and suggest them to others when relevant. Glad they started this podcast-thanks! ✨
An invaluable podcast to help you understand your body

I love your podcast Jen and Dom. You pack so much information into each episode and I’ve been geeking out on all your knowledge. I had an operation 5 years ago to lengthen my leg due to a 4cm congenital leg length difference. It certainly has been a journey and I’m still learning how to manage all my imbalances everyday. Since listening to your podcast and putting some of your tips into practice-especially around breathing and core work-I’ve noticed some pretty cool changes already. Some of what you talk about I’ve heard before, but after listening to your explanations in conjunction with your own personal experiences it all makes so much more sense. You’ve inspired me to really strip certain things back to the basics to build up a solid foundation. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to take control of their own health and understand their body on a deeper level. It would be great if you could share some insight into dealing with imbalances in the body (for example functional/structural leg length differences) and also how to look after tissue around scars (especially old scars!) Thank you!!
From a negative to positive outlook on injuries.

I have been following Doc Jen since about 2018, roughly a year and half after my first big injury ‘a complete rupture of the ATFL and CFL’. Since following I have learnt there is a huge difference, between flexibility and mobility, and the goals I was trying to obtain were not right for my body. I now understand, that strength training is vital for hypermobile joints and why I find it difficult for my body to produce power and it be fully supported, also how to create the mind to muscle connection. I have listened to every podcast, I have taken notes on each one and I think the most amusing part was trying to get on and off the floor with my hand attached to my knee, which I think is referenced in podcast 8. I also like the bit in Podcast 7, Where Dr Dom mentioned it took him between 3-5 years to gain awareness to begin to feel a significant difference, and how long have we been creating dysfunctional patterns? This really struck a cord with me, because a lot of my issues come down to having bad perioperception. I am just about to listen to Podcast 10 on knee pain, I am looking forward to the plethora of information because I currently have knee tendinitis due to the lack of glute support and lifting the ankle. Despite all of the sets backs, and two ankle injuries I look back on everything and I am able to find a sliver lining and be thank for these occurrences. Without them I wouldn’t be were I am now, stronger than before, more informed and a strong positive mind set, but still a ways to go. I love listening to your podcasts, they are gold dust! I have also noted some of the interview names down, Dr stacie at physio fix and Mistro movement can’t wait to look into these guys further. Also, your Instagram videos are a bonus, I am more of a visual learn and it helps me to understand what I need to feel going on. I would love to hear a podcast on how important the glutes are and how they make sure functional, or maybe a bit more on hypermobility. I understand that it is caused by tighter areas in other parts of the body, but I have a lot of strain / sharp stinging on my knee / elbow ligaments. Love you doc Jen, stay safe. 🐾
