Drive to work therapy ☺️

Love this new podcast, I listen to it driving to work and I have laughed and cried.

The latest episode about grief really helped as we lost our sister suddenly in 2020 and it is good to hear other people’s stories and Gemma’s experiences herself about how they coped and how they’re living with grief.

I follow Gemma on Instagram and find that she is so relatable and real so I was very happy when I discovered the new podcast. 😊
