Have you felt disconnected from your brand lately? Whether it's because your business has grown, your life has shifted, or your priorities have changed - it's all to common to look at our brands and feel that it no longer represents who we are, and what our work is about.
That's why I invited Liz Ellery on The Quiet Rebels® Podcast today to talk about how we can stay connected and congruent with our brands, even when things are shifting for us.
Join in on the convo as we discuss:
Expanding our perception of professionalism, and why we don't need to hide parts of ourselves to be taken seriously

#125: Reducing Content Creation Burnout with The Instagram 9-Grid™ Strategy with Kristen Achziger
Has Instagram ever felt like a content chore for you my lovely?
As beloved as the platform can be, sometimes the neverending chase to appease the algorithm can leave us feeling overwhelmed and our audience under-served (because we're simply not able to reach all of them).
That's why when I started noticing folks have a set of 9 static posts, I was intrigued to learn the behind the scenes.
So who better to invite Kristen Achziger (a.k.a Going Ultraviolet) onto the podcast to share the behind the scenes creation, strategy AND results of the IG 9-Grid™ Strategy?
Join us as we cover:
Letting Go of "Dopamine Snacks" and opting for "Dopamine Meals" when it comes to community engagement What is the 9-Grid™, who is it best for? For New Leads vs to Nurture Current Community What types of captions do well in a 9-Grid™ How we can show up on the Instagram platform and NOT look out of date or absent from the timestamps of our posts being published ages ago? And soooo much more (we even talk about what my White Water Rafting experience has to do with how we treat our community with care)!

[Bonus Episode]: Pitches That Piss Off Podcasters with Maggie Patterson
Hey Quiet Rebels®! Today's episode is a lil different as this is the first episode of a new pop-up LIVE series I'm running called: Pitches That Piss Off Podcasters!
This is a new exploratory series where I invite Guest Podcasters to share anonymised pitches they’ve received which have frankly, pissed them off.
Why? So we can learn what went wrong, and how we can rectify and refine our own podcast pitches when we want to be in the guest seat.
This series is sponsored by The Ultimate Podcast Guesting Workshop Series where you’ll learn how to book yourself on more aligned podcasts by sending FEWER pitches so you can grow your audience and business.
To learn more, go to: https://maikeetsang.com/UPG
Our first guest is no-BS Maggie Patterson (She/Her) from BS-Free Business & Scoop Studios!
Maggie brings us unique insights as someone who is an ex-PR professional, so she knows the anatomy of how pitches should be.
Be sure to join us with this recording as access insights into REAL pitches and witness the internal thought processes we podcasters have, and we’ll round off with a Q&A!
Highlights from this episode:
The Important Difference Between Traditional PR & New Age PR (Podcasting is under this umbrella!) News Cycles Debating Between Pitching Ourselves vs Being Pitched by Booking Agencies Ways to Pitch the Unpitchable Podcasts And sooooo much more!

#123: How Boundaries Shift When You Go from 1:1 to 1:Many Offers with Suzanne Culberg
Thinking of going from a 1:1 offer to a 1:many (group) offer my lovely? Then THIS is the episode to listen to!
I'm joined with one of my favourite humans, Suzanne Culberg "The NOPE Coach" who helps women becomed boundaried AF without feeling like a b*tch, and in this episode we're venturing deep into the similarities and differences between 1:1 and 1:many offers when it comes to boundaries.
Tune in as we chat about:
- The key mistake Suzanne made when she first went from 1:1 to 1:many (and one to 100% look out for in your own business)
- The challenges of running group programs as a highly sensitive person and an introvert, and how Suzanne worked WITH vs against these parts of her identity
- Being mindful about "generosity" with our clients, and how this can backfire for both parties
- The "what would you do differently?" question in relation to Suzanne and her many evolutions of her group program, Why W8?
- The importance of the umbrella analogy when it comes to leaders and their communities
And SO much more!

#122: Exploring Sustainable Sales Cycles with Bree Weber
Sales is oh-so often the topic that many of us dread. Why? Because most of us have experienced the other side of the sleaze where we bought, sometimes reluctantly, a product or invested in a service that we wound up having buyers remorse towards.
Because of that, many of us worry about doing the same things to others. This is why I brought in Bree Weber onto the podcast today to help us explore the world of sustainable sales cycles which centralise consent, mutual benefits, and aligning with our values to do the least possible harm.
Join us as we discuss:
To use or not to use a sales script How we can dispell the discomfort which often accompanies us on sales calls with prospective clients Consciously dismantling an uneven power dynamic between you and your propsetive client The importance of identifying your core values before you enter sales scenarios How you can research your prospective clientele even if it's your first time working with them And truly SO much more
**IMPORTANT! The doors close for my Sustainable Visibility® Incubator (SVI) 3.0 program on 9th September 2022 — to learn more and submit your application go to: https://maikeetsang.com/apply**

Customer Reviews
Mai-kee just gets me!
Mai-kee totally understands the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. I feel like we’d have the best conversations.
I love the range of topics on the show. The advice and insights are invaluable. Highly recommended tuning in.
Raw, real and rich
This woman is a true light! Not only filled with highly valuable content, guiding us, teaching us and giving us the space to become curious, but they are delivered in such a digestible manner, with a light hearted and encouraging approach. Listen to one and you are naturally invited towards listening to them all. Thank you Mai-Kee, for offering us such beautiful teachings regarding business and life.
The Definition Of Authenticity In Business!
Listening through the podcast, I found that there was a theme going on with each episode. Authenticity. Mai-kee really did a good job in communicating her messages in such a captivating and friendly way. Most podcasts, either talk a lot of business lingo and for those not in business yet, it can get a bit confusing. I also really liked how she doesn't tell you what to do but rather just enhance your perspective on these topics. As success can be different for people, this approach of communication is such a pleasure to listen to.
I look forward to hearing more episodes!
