#090: Honouring Your Human Design to Help Guide Your Business with Deepshikha Sairam

#090: Honouring Your Human Design to Help Guide Your Business with Deepshikha Sairam

Once I learned my Human Design last year... everything suddenly clicked into place. Knowing why I think a certain way, why I've unknowingly fought against my design through my upbringing, and why honouring my Human Design is the key to a sustainable business.
We all know success isn't linear, but with all the step-by-steps and blueprints we follow, it's hard to remember that.
That's why I'm so excited to bring on my dear friend, Deepshikha Sairam, onto The Quiet Rebels Podcast today as she is the *only* Business Mentor I know who not only built her business around her Human Design, but she also mentors her clients to honour theirs too.
So in this convo, we talk about:
    - What IS Human Design?
    - What are the 5 Types of Human Design?
    - Which business models are suited for certain Human Design types?
    - What was a before and after like for Deepshikha and her clients
    - Where does Human Design End, and Where do WE begin?
    And so. much more!

#089: Trauma Sensitivity as an Online Leader with Lisa Kuzman

Safety is essential when it comes to showing up in our lives and businesses every. single. day. And one of the biggest and most complex reasons we don't feel safe in our own bodies at times is because we've undergone a form of trauma.

There is a huge spectrum to navigate this space, and that's why I'm honoured to bring in my dear friend and mentor today to talk about this. This is none other than the amazing Lisa Kuzman, Trauma Sensitive Leadership Coach and Educator.

In this episode, we're talking about:

    - What *is* trauma?
    - How do we honour the word without overusing, diluted or misrepresenting it?
    - The dangers of calling yourself "Trauma Informed", and what to do instead
    - The 3 Layers of Trauma Support
    - How to Diversify Your Healing Modalities for your Trauma
    And so. much. more.

*Trigger Warning* - there are brief mentions of sexual assault, kidnapping, miscarriage, and racism. So please take extra care of yourself and tune into your needs when listening to this episode, my friend.

This is by far one of the most important conversations we've ever had on the podcast, and it's certainly an ongoing conversation to continually add layers to.

The Definition Of Authenticity In Business!

Listening through the podcast, I found that there was a theme going on with each episode. Authenticity. Mai-kee really did a good job in communicating her messages in such a captivating and friendly way. Most podcasts, either talk a lot of business lingo and for those not in business yet, it can get a bit confusing. I also really liked how she doesn't tell you what to do but rather just enhance your perspective on these topics. As success can be different for people, this approach of communication is such a pleasure to listen to.
I look forward to hearing more episodes!

Love the podcast!

I love the podcast, it gives real authenticity to Mai-Kee as a presenter. But she continues to present topics that resonate with the modern entrepreneur and I am looking forward to her bring on other experts. I believe this will really be her core content platform to connect and resonate with her audience and potential clients 🙏🏽
