Customer Reviews
Great show - please don’t change!
I’m not sure I would agree with the last review. I feel so happy when I hear soulblazer talk about his passion for SNES games. His diction has never been a problem for me. In fact, I’m so pleased to hear real people speak with real voices about what they love. Do we really want to start tailoring this to be perfect???? One of the reasons I love podcasts is that they are yet to be effected by popularised ‘gloss’ to make them appeal to the masses. Please do not change a thing about this podcast - our lives may depend on it!
Needs work
Great content and enthusiasm for the subject matter, but the main host is frequently incomprehensible. I know from experience how frustrating having a stutter can be, and I know it's not an easy thing to overcome, so I feel like criticising that specifically wouldn't be fair. Aside from that, though, in the episodes I listened to I frequently had to rewind multiple times to understand what was being said because the delivery was extremely rapid and slurred. This would be a fantastic show if you could take care to slow down and enunciate more clearly, but as it is, it's unlistenable compared to other retro game podcasts I follow.
