I have been working my way through the episodes for sometime now on my commute into London on the tube. Dr. Deb has changed my life. Not only am I the weight I was on my wedding day nearly 30 yrs ago, but I’m finally confident I can stay healthy. I’ve lost the whole struggle and now enjoy my food and have no anxiety about holiday buffets or restaurants. When I run out of episodes I’m just going to start again at the beginning on a loop as this podcast is such a huge support to me.

Dr Deb Has Changed My Life
I have been following Dr Deb for about 8 weeks now and have binge listened to her podcasts on my daily walk. I’m up to episode 100 and have found that her no nonsense simple approach is really helping me to feel more comfortable around food and feel good about myself again. I’ve lost weight and am no longer eating mindlessly like I used to. I am really excited to see where my journey with Dr Deb takes me and am looking forward to getting back into some of my clothes that I haven’t been able to wear for years and of course a few new outfits in a smaller size.
