Fantastic show!

I love this podcast and I feel like I know Heather as a friend. Even though I’m all the way over in the Uk. I listen to her whilst I’m working out and it keeps me motivated. Fab ideas on maintaining weightloss

I was looking for a podcast that made sense and would support me in making healthy habits for life... This is what Heather is all about!
I have only been listening for 1 week but already I have jotted lots of helpful notes on when I reach my maintenance weight.
I'm currently losing weight by calorie deficiency and exercise... but never considered what I would do once I reached my goal weight... listening to this podcast reaffirms that it is just as much about the process of losing weight as the end goal.
I'm preparing for my goal weight to be anti climatic, it's all things that I do between now and then that is exciting & only doing things that I will be willing to still be doing in one year's time.
Subscribed and will continue listening to this great content.
