Welcome to Episode 8 of Those Who Hope!
Today I am speaking to my wonderful friend, Ashley Andrew. As well as sharing about the ways God can use us in our work, and about her book that is coming out in May, Ashley shares an amazing story of how she was miraculously healed from chronic fatigue syndrome, which leads us to speaking about God's heart for us and character in the midst of any circumstance!
Whatever disappointments and challenges you may be facing, I hope that, like me, you will be encouraged by this episode about the power of holding onto hope. As Ashley says, 'When we put our hope in God, we're actually physically receiving strength!'
This is just the start of a conversation, so please do continue the conversation with us!

I'm very passionate about speaking out about mental health topics and encouraging others to seek help. Alongside seeking help through your GP, I have a list of mental health resources/helplines that you may find useful on my blog page which you can check out via this link: https://kitkatmarkham.wordpress.com/2019/12/09/resources/
