Merle O Grady: Working with Crystals

In today’s episode I chat to Merle O’Grady, Irish jewellery designer and crystal specialist, about all things crystals. This episode is particularly helpful for anyone who may want to start working with crystals but don’t know where to begin. In this episode I chat to Siobhan Butler, owner of the first aid training business ‘First Aid for Everyone’ about how she made the transition from being a nurse to setting up her own successful business, how she manages her own health & wellbeing & how she balances family life with her work. Becoming Pregnant (A 2 Year journey): Embracing My Feminine Energy & Spirituality

Becoming Pregnant (A 2 Year journey): Embracing My Feminine Energy & Spirituality

In this first episode of 2021 I share my experience of trying to become pregnant over 2 years from 2018 to 2020. Learning about & connecting with my feminine energy & embracing my spirituality helped me hugely on this journey & I want to share how these things helped me. Many women & many couples struggle to become pregnant & each journey is unique & different. Because it is such a sensitive topic, the struggles that many face are rarely discussed. I simply want to share my experience & open up the dialogue & hopefully inspire some hope for anyone who might be facing challenges on their own pregnancy journey. If you’d like to get in touch, you can send me an email to aisling@thriveforlife.ie or connect with me on Instagram @thriveforlife.aislingdaly
