I’ve listened to this podcast from the first episode. Two genial hosts, numerous interesting guests. It’s definitely a winning combination.

I genuinely look forward to each new episode of this podcast.

Max and Ali cover a lot of different topics and have a wide range of guests. When they ask questions it feels like they are asking not because they have a list of pre written questions but because they are actually interested in what their guest has to say and because they care, as the listener it makes you care about what they have to say too. That’s why I’m now drinking coffee with mushroom powder and waiting for my water bottle/foam roller to arrive.

Fitness, lifestyle and diet all discussed not in a preachy way but as a journey of discovery.

If you think less is more, you’re wrong. More is more! More Max and Ali, more new topics and more episodes in the future please.
