Fun and helpful

The perfect mix of informative and educational! Tally is one of the only people talking about intuitive movement and making exercise fun and inclusive - such a lifeline!

I want to love this podcast

I really want to love this podcast as I love the message and the guests are great. I just feel it gets a bit rambley at times - Tally is great at using a lot of words to say very little and takes ages to get around to the point she is making. I wish she would let her guest speak more as they always seem so interesting.

I’m really enjoying listening to this and have been listening to it through doing the couch to 5k. It never fails to boost and motivate me even when I’m not feeling that way when I set off! Tally has such a kind and compassionate manner I really love listening to her
