Walk away with this mantra…

“You only need to be 80% perfect to speak up…in fact ***** perfectionism….feel the fear and do it anyway!”

About the presenter – Esther Stanhope – The Impact Guru

– International speaker and award-winning author Esther Stanhope was NOT a confident public speaker until she left the BBC and started her own business working with FTSE 100 organisations.

She was brilliant at helping other people shine in front of the camera (including George Clooney and Madonna), yet feared putting herself in the spotlight.

She wrote the award-winning business book of the year ‘Goodbye Glossophobia – Banish Your Fear of Public Speaking’ because she realised most of her professional women clients felt the same. They were technically brilliant behind the scenes, but they dreaded putting themselves “out there” with all the eyes on them. Esther realised, women were less likelt then men to be ‘visibly’ brilliant therefore more likely to be overlooked for leadership roles.

Esther’s Virtually Confident Podcast is all about stretching your comfort zone and how to build inner confidence in order to survive and thrive this WFH (working from home) culture

-How did you built it back up?
