Good to hear a show where The Athletic allows its hosts to be a little biased towards the Reds without it losing balance. It’s been a useful channel to stay up to date with our activities over the summer. Nice work, James, Tony and Si!
Less negativity and more insight please

As a lifelong Liverpool fan I am losing faith in this podcast. The coverage of the Trent situation has been in my view very poor. If I want to know what the average Joe on Twitter thinks I'll go there - don't want it regurgitated on here. Similarly I don't care what the presenters' mates have said to them in texts. We also need some perspective on the crowd response – I have been in sporting crowds where a very small number of people have booed then seen it reported in the media as if everyone did. Trent has been with us for 20 years and is a very conscientious sensitive individual and deserves more humanistic analysis. By the way I listen to the athletic Arsenal podcast where the tone is much less negative for a club in a much worse position than us.
